Both formal and informal solicitations may be processed through our online system. All responses are due at or before the time shown on each solicitation. Late responses cannot be accepted. It is the bidder's/proposer's responsibility to ensure that the most complete and current version of the solicitation, including the addenda, has been downloaded.

IFQ NO. 24-07 – AS NEEDED ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES

The San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments (SGVCOG) intends to establish a bench of approximately five to seven qualified firms to provide On-Call Consultant Services to provide civil, traffic, and related engineering services to the Capital Projects, and Planning and Programs Divisions. It is the organization’s intention to procure Consultant Services that provide the best combination of quality, reliability, effectiveness and performance that best fits the needs of the SGVCOG. Our organization is seeking a qualified planning and engineering firm(s) to assist us in providing design services for upcoming various projects, which includes a range of transportation projects such as complete streets, first/last mile, active transportation, pedestrian planning, bikeway design, traffic signal design, traffic signal optimization, street rehabilitation, intersection/railroad safety improvements, and landscaping projects.

The As Needed Engineering Design Services  IFQ 24-07 is available on the PlanetBids website as of May 22, 2024.  Please register your firm with PlanetBids (planetbids.com), as all bid information, including the IFQ, Questions and answers, and all addenda and/or updates, will be posted on PlanetBids.

 

Key dates for this solicitation:

- Deadline for submission of questions via PlanetBids is June 3, 2024.

- IFQ due date is June 17, 2024, at 5 p.m. Electronic submission only via PlanetBids.
